Clean, well equipped, and very comfortable rooms (I stayed in 2 during my visit as, unfortunately, this hotel was fully booked for 2 nights of my time in Manchester). Communication with staff was seamless, prompt, and attentive throughout. In particular, Zach was very kind in helping me out with the last minute change of plans. I will definitely return should my travels bring me back to Manchester!”

Frodsham Since I moved in they have been accommodating by keeping a space outside my gate so that I can park. There have been times when I was in distress and some members have been kind and helped me.
