   I've had 2 parcels to collect from here, the first they lost in the chaos that is their shop, parcels just littering the aisle at Christmas with no organisation or security. The second one they also could not find initially, and I only managed to get after they found it later that day. The regual woman who works their is so unbelievably rude, she always has been since I've lived in Hoole, it doesn't matter what you want when you are there, she has zero people skills.

   Very convenient. It does get busy but that's because so many people use it for parcels. Had a parcel that a delivery company mixed up and the staff there sorted it and rang to tell me when they had it

   As other reviewers have noted, this is not a good PO. I wanted to post a small padded envelope. The woman in there started poking it through the narrow slit thing they have. I have posted this before and protested. She got all shirty with me. So I paid the extra and I left. A week later, I posted the same small padded envelope at Didsbury PO in Manchester. This was an actual Royal Mail PO not one of these franchise ones like Hoole. No issue. None of the narrow slot rubbish. They are either not properly trained or they are ripping people off. Either way I won't be using this one again.

   I also think if people want to post bad reviews they should at least use correct spellings and sentence structure. I do think however there is a customer service problem in here. Some staff do not appear happy, others of certain nationalties can be argumentative. When you ask for something to be delivered by recorded delivery, it is because your package is sensitive in nature. They ask you its contents, with a whole queue of people listening. Other than that the shop seems okay, but people do expect a decent level of customer service as the shop is in Hoole, or 'Notting Hoole'.

   Last 3 times I've been to post something during their open hours they've been closed for reasons I just don't buy. Like today, I work in retail, you don't have to close for a whole day to do a stock take.

   Closes nearly every 2 days for 3-4 hours to do "stock check" apparently, sometimes they close because "tills don't work" basically make any excuse for when they cba opening or busy doing something else even the 2 main parts of the postoffice are always closed, gone a right dump should either be took off who's running it or closed down. Also on here they thank people for 5 star reviews yet can't take any criticism for how bad it is.
