   Can’t believe I’ve only just discovered this cute cafe. A nice selection of vegan food in a chilled out environment. The owners were lovely and welcoming, to top it off, they played Pokémon go with us ;) I will definitely be coming here again. Just outside the centre but gets you out for a nice walk in the park.

   Cracking old building, assume the park lodge or gatehouse, full of interesting bits of architectural detail. And tiles, loads of them. Coffee was really good, staff welcoming. A touch out of the centre but if you fancy a walk in the park it's your first stop.

   My absolutely no.1 cafe in Chester. Surrounded by a gorgeous park. Outstanding vegan and plant based food, friendly and warm customer focus and cakes to die for. So good we went twice on our 3 day stay.

   Coffee shop set in a beautiful building and the flavour of the coffee is spot on. However visited on a Sunday ordered 2 flat whites and a cardamon bun and had to wait nearly 30 minutes and the wrong order was brought over at first, by the time it arrived the coffee was quite deflated. the whole time I was there there was dirty plates and cups were seen several times by staff but never done anything about. There seems to be some confusion amongst staff and there needs to be a more logical way to serve customers. I hope to visit again but at a quieter time.

   Three generations (gran, dad and kids) all enjoyed our lunch - delicious avocado on home-made sourdough toast, and yummy pastries. Monkey bread was a particular hit! Friendly and helpful service in a great setting. We will definitely go back!
