I love Pret's food but the state of the toilet makes me wonder what the kitchens are like. I asked 2 members of staff if they could clean the toilet seat but nobody bothered. I would definitely avoid if hygiene is a concern.

Told 2 people that their toilet was in a disgusting state, with faeces all around the seat. Was still the same when I left 30 mins later even though one of the staff went to look at it. Makes me wonder what the kitchen hygiene is like and put me off my food

Worst sandwich ever from a franchise. We had the Crayfish sandwich. It was within sell by date but was very dry. There was no butter and a minimal scrapping of mayonnaise. It seemed to consist purely of bread, crayfish and rocket. Looks nothing like the photo on the Pret website. Expensive too. Highly disappointing. Glad we did not pay a premium to eat inside. First and last time ever.

Food expensive and ordinary, had lunch here, sold bowl too much cheep lettuce not enough egg, tuna, tomato soup was OK, fruit pot was OK be some not ripe so hard, bagget was OK, same as other retailers. Rent on CO must be expensive so can understand the price. The could save some money, getting rid of the gossiping girls, 2 girls working, I think another 3 possibly 4 just chatting, "he said I said you said.. ... HE TOLD ME NOTHING, SO I TOLD HIM!!!!!" My order was large and the girl serving couldn't get all order on my tray, so one of the gossiping girls reach over and restacked it - no offer of help to my table, its not as if they were there to work

Food was horrible. Overcooked, dry and hard. Expensive rubbish. Won't be going back there. The toilet is NEVER OPEN. Is this to save the bother of having to clean it ? Shame on you Pret. You are making enough money with your sky high prices to afford a plumber.

A good place to stop halfway around the shops… This Pret is a nice spacious cafe with super comfortable seats and a good choice of food and drinks. We came in here initially hoping to get a nice refreshing iced tea but unfortunately couldn’t see any on the menu (so assumed that iced tea isn’t an option in Pret, as we’ve never been to one before) there were bottles of green tea in the fridge but it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. The cake selection was brilliant and all of them looked great, my partner chose a chocolate croissant - she said it was delicious and one of the best ones she’s ever had, it was nice and light pastry with plenty of chocolate filling/flavour. We had a bottle of peach tea from the fridge which was ok but nothing amazing. The leather seats in here are very comfortable and you’ll just sink into them, I honestly could have sat there for hours. The staff were very friendly, at least the gentleman who served us was - he was very chatty and had a smile on his face which just made the whole transaction a better experience.

Called in while shopping, just wanted light lunch, good service and tasty food. It was quite busy for mid week. Staff were pleasant and efficient, premises clean and tidy.
