“Had a lovely meal from the lunch menu. Chose Chicken Skewers to start, Fish and Chips and ended with Sticky Toffee Pudding. All food was very tasty, well presented and enjoyed! Forgot to photograph pudding but it was lush. Service very good and surroundings in restaurant pleasant.”

“Hidden Gem. Lovely little place full of interesting old items for sale. Took my time and had a good nosey around. I could have spent longer in there but it was getting on towards closing time. Staff were very nice and helpful.”

“Great steaks and top quality meat and ingredients and generally great food just 2 tiny criticisms 1. The Barnsley chop could have had the fat more well done. 2. The prawns in garlic butter, a daft thing but actually too much butter which was hiding all the good stuff at the bottom to "mop up" with the bread but will be back.”

“Brilliant accomodation in central Leeds. Well appointed rooms. Lifts were out of order, but no offer for any help with the bags on arrival or departure. Fire alarm went off in middle of night ( very loud!).Apparently , this happens a lot as it's the fire door attached to the bar which is shared and it opened by mistake , setting off very loud alarms. Rooms have a small but useful selection of breakfast snacks , which were very handy with jet lag. Room was lovely and warm and welcoming for a late 11pm Friday night arrival. Was greatly appreciated. Would definitely staff here again over a hotel. Their online customer services/bookings was excellent.”

“I am so grateful to Peter. He is such a fantastic physiotherapist With his expertise and knowledge he may have saved me from permanent damage to my dropped foot. He diagnosed me immediately with a bulging disc in my 4th & 5th vertebrae trapping a nerve, and advised me to get medical help. I have had my operation today and all going well. Definitely would recommend Peter.”

“Our first visit after my parents recommended it. We didn't book but we were accommodated straight away and shown to our table. After browsing the menu we chose the two courses for £9.90 . The starter arrived which was delicious followed by a lovely main course. The staff were nice and friendly.”
