Postal workers don't follow delivery instructions, never leave red cards anymore. Nobody showed up, next thing I go was "Sorry, we tried to deliver your parcel on 13-09-2025 but there didn't seem to be anyone in." This completely a lie.
The worst ever courier service ever experienced. I've ordered my driving license twice paid £20 as well, as I've not received 1st time DVLA claiming they have sent the item need to contact Royal Mail and Royal Mail says we don't keep track of 2nd class posts. Both having extremely poor customer services.
How bad has the postal service become in recent years? 1 delivery in a week which is holding up money I'm owed? This isn't the first time it's happened it's been going on for years. The prices go up and up as service gets worse day on day. Whoever decided that privatisation was a good idea needs shooting . It's not the individual staff, they work like dogs running around and work some very long hours but service gets worse while prices go up and up, no guarantee that something will arrive unless you pay through the nose. It's long overdue that Joe Public got our services back with standards that actually mean what they say.

The staff at the delivery office are incredibly rude and impatient, I've only received an acceptable level of service from a older man that wears glasses but everyone else you're essentially a burden to them. Stop using Royal Mail and use Evri, DPD, anyone but Royal Mail at this point.
Sent my letter out first class a week ago still not delivered, It's only going to North Yorkshire. It would've been quicker to walk it. According to a post office worker I should've sent it registered post. So does that mean everything has to be sent registered just to guarantee it gets to its destination then why bother with first and second class stamps. The post office are an absolute joke do your job properly!!
Was scanned at their depot an due to be delivered jan 13th then hasnt moved since! where is the parcel?!
As I live near, I regularly visit the sorting office to.collect my parcels. Always had a friendly polite service. Even the horrible rude people that think it is a customer service center get a friendly service.
My parcel was marked as delivered 12.51, my CCTV showed that Royal Mail had not been on my property. The next day a very nice person from about 5 miles away turned up with my parcel. It had been left at their house. Different area, different post code! Thank you Royal Mail Halifax.
Ordered from workingclassheroes uk they "send" parcel with royal mail 48 track, PARCEL NEVER ARRIVED. When I tried to find out what's happened it was useless .. First I came to royal mail delivery office to ask about my parcel where is it because on website tracking page it was delivered without a sign of it or note left.. they said that its delivered to me today. Yeah.. sure its never was seen by my eyes. They offered me to call manager. Well I did. She told me parcel delivered to me and that she spoke to postman which delivered it. And how postman described that I took the parcel. All this was lies ,PARCEL NEVER ARRIVED BUT IT WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED. Nice service. Halifax. I recommend not to order expensive parcels online as they disappear professionally.
