“Our Willington surgery had no appointments and offered us Derby walk-in (hard parking, long waits), or the consulting pharmacist at Hatton (a first for us). The pharmacist was very helpful, conducting medical tests including stethoscope, BP, NOX, with all our medical details available on her computer linked to Willington. She was very helpful and friendly, exceedingly knowlegeable, answered our questions, gave clear advice and appropriate needed medications. We could also park a few yards from the shop.Cannot speak too highly of our whole experience.”

The staff are always very helpful and kind to me and have helped me a few times. Natalie Teresa Carolyn Dan Laura Mel and Kim to name but a few but recently I went in and there was a young lad doing work experience he was smart looking well mannered and very kind and helpful his name is Shay a credit to his parents I'm sure he will go far in life and has restored my faith in the youth of today.”
