   Worst post office in derby, they will ask you loads of questions about your parcels, they weigh absolutely everything and will try to get out of holding/sending big parcels for you, not exactly friendly staff either

   Agree here. Staff is very rude. You cannot get any of them to smile even if you try to be nice. They are so particular with everything. Last collection at 5pm, if you drop something off at 5 minutes past and collection hasn’t happened as it doesn’t happen ‘on a dot’ they will still put it for next day. They faff about with labels. Takes them ages to print all those postage proofs.

   Shockingly the most rudest staff ever. Went to collect my Christmas parcel. Closes 5.45 I get there at 4pm.doirvis locked and the staff just sat there pretending I was invisible. How bloody rude. I thi k the manager is a bloke or?? Well you were so ignorant. You know what they say ignorance kills. And they wonder why people don't use the post office anymore. Shame on them.

   I went to do my £66 top up on my electric that the government has granted everyone. When I gave it the lady she said am sick of doing these I bet she didn't say that when she got her £66. All because they have to get off there chair and go next door

   The RUDEST staff. They don't knows what customer service is. No hello, no smile, no please or thank you. And they deliberately try to scan money out of you. Multiple times I've been with a large letter or small packet that 1000% would fit through a letter box but they don't even get out the size tool to check and tell you it won't! I would rather drive 5 minutes further and pay more in fuel than go to this post office ever again.

   Been using this post office for quite long time. And wanted to give a review for long time ago. Just cause the covid I thought they changed but they didn't! Can't remember one staff name is this she's the manager I never saw her smile. And another named Jan, she's doing a rediculous service job, and I seriously suspect that she is racially discriminatory.

   No idea what it is, but are smiles and more than 3 words really that hard to muster? I don't know if it's me but I feel like they're polite enough (at a push) with the people in front, but then I get to the counter, and it looks like I've just told them a family member has died. The Alvaston branch is so much nicer to work with.
