    I was meaning to do this review earlier and it's based on my interaction there a couple of years ago for which I never entered a review. Anyway, I met with one of the so-called managers there about opening an account and I've never known anyone to be so ignorant and plain stupid at a bank before. This person was a robot, reading from a script, asking questions like do you want to open a children's account, a student account or business account after I had already explained what I wanted to do. I walked out and went to NatWest, where I had no problems opening an account and was treated very well as a customer. My suggestion is to avoid Lloyd's completely, or at least this branch which obviously hires completely incompetent and incapable staff members.

    Offers all the services a bank should offer. Has a helpdesk. Freindly/ professional staff (as you would expect). In a comprehensive shopping area so you can shop while you are out. Parking is free in that area. Gave me cash bags when I asked for them :-) Lloyds also have an App which allows you to put in cheques up to £1k without needing to go to the bank or post the cheque, even on their Everyday Current Account which has no fee nor minimum monthly payment requirement.

    This is a small but well run branch of Lloyds. The staff seem friendly and helpful. Cashpoints and paying in machines are available. Parking is free but can be hit and miss on availability.
