“I read some reviews today when I was looking for the Sunday opening times. The negative reviews I read prompted me to write this one. I love this Asda and I find it really handy. I know what it stocks and understand that it is quite small, but it has always worked for me and my family of four. The best part of this particular store, however, is the staff. They are always friendly and helpful. They will open a large till for those with trolleys and they will sort any issues you have with a smile. I was there again this morning and had a good shopping experience. A great store with brilliant staff.”

“Staff member Diane was great! So polite and very helpful. She stopped what she was doing to assist me. I couldn’t find where the prawn crackers were and they were on the stock shelf instead of on sale. So she told me to wait right there and got a stool to get them down for me. she was really polite and very kind so I thought I’d leave a nice review ❤️”

“The colourful eyed woman in the cowboy hat was warm, funny, and genuinely helpful. She answered all our questions right away and supported us throughout. The cash machines were a bit confusing everything was green, and the warnings weren’t clear, especially since we hadn’t used Asda in a while. Thankfully, the woman in the cowboy hat added both colour and clarity to the place. I also got the nicest lighter shade I’ve ever bought a greyish blackand the flowers looked impressively fresh, not faded at all.”

“As a disabled man with Tourette's it’s super difficult for me to shop. This particular Asda has always been amazing with my tics! I feel welcomed and safe there. When I’ve had a medical episode and was stuck on the floor, the staff sat with me and gave me anything I needed. They are all so lovely there and make it an accessible experience for me!
