   Went there today and was threatened And pushed by an older member on the self serve tills.Who then told me to come and see him after work as he would fight me. All this over an incident with a trolley,He then had the nerve to tell me it was all on Camara.

   I had a big shop to do at Asda and ended up spending just over 2 hours in the car park. As a result, I got a £100 fine. I phoned Asda to contest this and they said parking penalties are run by third parties so there's nothing they can do. Needless to say, I will never shop at Asda ever again and will tell this story to anyone whenever the subject of Asda comes up. Disgraceful.

   The click & collect is just awful, its at least a 10 - 15 minute wait when you arrive, We arrived at 7am nobody else waiting.... It needs looking at seriously, no covered area, the shopping comes from the rear of the store so if its raining like it was on our visit the shopping was drenched.......AVOID, i had to phone the helpline number to tell them I was sat here waiting. Tesco is way better and would only use Asda again if I was desperate, whoever decided to put a click & collect in this store needs to have a word with themselves........

   Very large, clean and tidy. Plenty of parking and popular. Good range of products including George. Cafe and toilet facilities. Brilliant helpful and attentive security guy. Pleasant staff well run store.

   Turned up at 21.40pm to drop off a Amazon return and was politely told they stop accepting Amazon returns at 21.00pm because they don't have the staff even though there website says till 22.00pm. Then went to pay for my food and not 1 person on a till so I had to use one of them self checkout things which I hate. Bad management.

   Regular shopper and am generally happy with what I buy but the problem this store has is the staff, no patience at all and most are very unhelpful. I'm 70 years old and stud at the checkout behind 5 others (only 2 checkout open) whilst 3 members of staff stood chatting for more that 20mins in the self checkout. Needs sorting or you'll be losing loyal customers

   If it had a free carpark would be a lot better. Its pay n display which is refundable in store (if you remember to do it). However theres always a queue for the ticket machine which is a pain in the arse especially in the rain or if your with kids

   Majority of staff are rude and show no interest in helping you even though most of them are just standing around just talking. They all appear to be unhappy to be there.

   Click and collect system a joke in comparison to other supermarkets and indeed other Asdas. No instructions at all. You have to pay to park and when you get there you are passed from pillar to post. AVOID.

   Great for shopping look for the bargains free parking after 6:00pm but can get money back if you spend £5:00 in ASDA
