Shocking place, forced to use self checkouts that don't work as they should. Staff claim items need to be placed precisely in the baggage area to work!!!! Amazon fresh you collect your items, no self checkouts just tap on your way out. ASDA used to be great, sadly gone downhill rapidly.
Good little Asda store, was a life saver when the bigger Asda was so busy over christmas. Well stocked, full shelves at a very busy time of the year.
Crammed with products although smaller than some other retailers there. Was impressed. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
It was good..now staff unhelpful.. specially when you make order delivery joke. missing don't care ...
Visited this morning the manager (i suspect)was extremely rude and no time of day for customers I asked if they had prime I understand they are sick of people asking for it but to be rude and dismissive is shocking. It takes nothing to be polite you don't know what the customers situations are a smile goes a long way.
Good handy local store for small shopping.
Just visited here, the top of the shower gel I was buying came off as I picked it up at the checkout. Young girl at checkout did not engage in any conversation as I offered to help clean it up other than to call for someone to replace the item, and hand me some paper to clear up the mess she couldn't reach, not so much as a thank you!
