    If McColls can't be bothered to repair its broken fridges (which have been out of use for around the past 5 / 6 months) just shut it down and allow another company to take it over and run it properly. It's too big for what you stock, shelves almost always empty. Your unable to sell basic essentials like milk because of your poor maintenance of the store. The staff are brilliant and always very apologetic. At least they are professional and committed.

    Uncertainty on the continued existence of the shop. Chillers not working so no milk or chilled products what so ever. Staff job security unsure. Many thanks to McColls for your response. May I, in reply, just say that this has been a very long tunnel as the shop has been struggling for a number of years with faulty fridges and staff having to wear coats and stand behind the counter by a convector heater to stay warm. I appreciate the business aspect of this uncertainty but if you were to sell the shop would you not get more with it in better condition even if you don't carry on with the lease?
