   Just had a asda bootle delivery 21,12,25, all the fresh items were not with the order. Nice one gotta find a fresh turkey and loads more stuff 4 days before Christmas. Had this booked for ages. Says online I handed the stuff back. No it just didn't turn up. They knew they didnt have all the fresh items and the driver waited until i had unloaded all the shopping before letting us know the fresh items were not on the van. Sly tactics so i wouldn't refuse the whole order. Asda has been going down the pan for a while now. In my opinion gotta be the worst super market out the lot now. If u are getting a delivery off them this christmas ask if all the items are there before u except the delivery, Merry Christmas Asda u suck.

   Absolutely shocking behaviour from the staff including security tonight. We had not long left asda when me an my partner has realised we'd left one item as we were only 2 minutes around the corner I nipped back to find 3 other people stood at the door at 23:35 security an staff didn't acknowledge anyone. As a customer left the other people took the opportunity to go in as the shop hadn't closed yet to be told they were not allowed in as they were closing. The customers had said there's still 25 minutes left til close but staff an security were hearing none of it an told them all to leave. I'm shocked by this behaviour as usually the staff working the close are usually so kind an let people shop right up until just before close like 23:55. I think some people just expect to do no work for same pay cause bet they getting paid last 30mins of their shift to do nothing just because they can't be bothered to do their actual job

   Yesterday at 6.30pm myself and my friend were searching for dog food for my friends dog. He has to travel all the way from Waterloo to get the dog food and for some reason his dogs a fussy eater so he only buys a certain product. Unfortunately when we got there they didn't have the 24 pack of dog food he wanted but they did have smaller options. We didn't want to have to spend more money by getting multiple small containers. We noticed Martin stocking shelves so we asked for help. What a guy, what a professional! He was very friendly and polite and went through the trouble of checking the back to see if they had any and he came back with a range of options for us to which we found the dog food we wanted! Amazing customer service, Thanks again, you saved my mate money and the trouble of carrying multiple containers of dog food all the way back to Waterloo.

   As a disabled man with Tourette's it’s super difficult for me to shop. This particular Asda has always been amazing with my tics! I feel welcomed and safe there. When I’ve had a medical episode and was stuck on the floor, the staff sat with me and gave me anything I needed. They are all so lovely there and make it an accessible experience for me! I’m always able to ask for help and it’s never an issue. Thank you :)

   Pretty decent for a supermarket and café, always a joy being in there with family or even mates with college. We always go often. I just wish there was more availability for toilets as I had no what toilets to go too or if even if there was any.

   The supermarket itself is fine, but have given up on going into the cafe. They've never got anything in. Even at dinner time. The one in Aintree, on the other hand, always has what you want. I mentioned this to the cafe staff in Aintree, and they said the Bootle cafe does what it wants.

   Great staff but barely any stock they have renovated the place so fridges are more modern but the fish monger is gone?! Turned into a streetfood place not happy with that. Overall 4/5.
