   Hate having to go to this ASDA which I only do out of convenience. The shelves are always empty especially we here fresh meat is concerned. But generally most shelves are empty regularly.

   I’ve never seen a more scruffy Asda. I went to try and find a pair of jeans and oh my god, it’s like a jumble sale. I usually shop in Asda Huyton where everything is neat, tidy and labelled. Because Huyton didn’t have my size I thought I’d go to Aintree but I am so sorry I did. The store is the messiest I’ve ever seen from walking in to walking out. Staff were rude walking round in 3’s and 4’s barging past customers like they weren’t there. I’d rather go hungry and be clotheless than shop in this store again

   Went to the store on 27/10/25. The stench of rotting pumpkins at the entrance was absolutely disgusting. Then once inside there were more big cardboard boxes of 'large' pumpkins also rotting and full of fruit flies. Does anyone check these? Maybe sort them and dispose of the bad ones? Would you leave any other fruit or vegetables to rot? I suspect not.

   Only went for a sandwich which was pretty awful and ended up in the bin. Branded items are pretty much the same price as any other supermarket.

   Today i was in your store and i had a big shop which i couldnt pay for only becouse my card was blocked on my phone becouse i cant find my plastic card, I have always liked shopping at your store becouse your staff are friendly and helpful, Today 2 of your staff went above and beond helpful Jacqui Goodwin and Kerry Morris, they tried there best Jaquie even phoned my bank for me to help me with no judgment i didnt feel like i was being judged by them at all in my opinion you have great staff members and its a pleasure to come back with service and help like this. Jaquie and Kerry are a asset to your company see you soon.

   It was very good. Their food was all released when i got there so it was all very great! ... however i didnt like the smell when all the lights turned off and the blood started running down the walls.luckily, the shadow man helped then i left. good time

   The woman with a foreign accent at the customer service desk is useless and has a terrible attitude towards customers. She also needs to remove that excessive amount of fake tan and make up. it’s extremely unprofessional to look like you’re going on a night out on the weekend when in reality you’re working at the customer service desk in ASDA.

   The bakery is diabolical and half the staff are rubbish and half of them are nice and some of them aren’t fit to work in the public sector. This has been noticed over a five year period. No one cares because of the lack of treatment and training. Big licks managers with their silly little games at the interviews demanding information on what the worker can bring to the table! Same all over with these greedy multi million pound businesses!

   I would raise a complaint if I thought it would make a blind bit of difference. It would probably get laughed at and filed. Under BIN So really what's the point. Managers should learn people skills. An item was placed in the wrong place over a price for something else. I checked my receipt noticed the error asked for a refund. You would of thought it was my fault the item was priced wrongly. There was no need for a manager to be coming at me like I've done something wrong. I only wanted my money back for their error. I wasnt asking for it for free or even at the ticket price.I ts not the first time items in Aintree are above a wrong ticket. I shouldnt have to bend down and read the tiny description to see if it belongs to the item I am buying. Especially when it's a promoted item. Reply and leave no contact details or email to reply to. Like I said at the start if I thought it would achieve anything I would of made a complaint . You should just make sure items are in the right place and priced correctly. That would solve alot of problems

   Well stocked at most times. Very clean. Clothes are upstairs, key makers ,shoe polishing ,dry cleaning, sign makers are inside the shop. Pizzeria and street food. So I will give this a 4/5 because sometimes the staff aren’t that great. Other than that it is good.
