I placed an online shopping order to be delivered on Friday 31st October between 7pm and 8pm. My order was not delivered although it showed on tracking that it had been delivered, at roughly 8:30 I called the customer service number shown on the website, he basically called me a liar so technically calling me a thief. On the Saturday morning I called to the shop to speak to someone, I spoke to a young man from home shopping who looked like he couldn't get away from me quick enough. I made him watch the footage of my ring doorbell who agreed that there had been no delivery to my address and he would make sure I got a refund for the undelivered order. I am still waiting!! Not only do I do online delivery orders for all the big items I go into this shop every week for my fresh food. I am so disappointed in thevlack service I have received

After shopping in this store for over 30 years I have found myself over past 6 months become increasingly depressed with the experience. .From lack of checkout staff to dodging shelf stackers/online shoppers, products being moved constantly around store, but today Saturday 6th September at approx 9.40am I had parked up got my trolley and was about to enter store, when I was aware of trolley collector and I can only presume a manager. The manager was reprimanding him right in the entrance to the store, in full view of customers. When the trolley collector tried to explain he suffered with ADHD the manager was having non of it and this was all going on in full view of customers, and I told him this should not be happening. Totally the wrong place to do it, it was bullying at its worst form I have since made a complaint to Asda, and await their response.

This place has seriously gone downhill in the last year or so. Every time I've gone in now half of the shelves are bare and not stocked properly, items are in the wrong place. Not a place to rely on doing your food shop anymore! They also move items around (IE dairy free fridge) yet don't change the signs in the aisles which tell you what's there. Staff are usually stacking the shelves (of what there is) constantly and taking up half the aisles which isn't necessarily their fault perhaps but half the time they're not polite and see you as an inconvenience and on one occasion one of them wasn't looking where they were going and nearly pushed their caged trolley in to me and then in to another person. Another time one walked backwards down an aisle with the trolley and nearly walked in to us and she looked at us like we were dirt. Handheld scanners aren't replaced quick enough or they simply don't have enough as numerous times there's been none available or charged yet never a problem at Tesco. Staff at self checkouts are normally standing there with bags chatting amongst themselves and act like you're an inconvenience when you actually need help or a member of staff. 3-4 members of staff there today who weren't actually doing anything besides talking and facing the other way so didn't see me standing there waiting for someone to come over. One time I found some seitan from the fridge section placed in the free from dry goods section which was obviously placed by a customer but it was left there for at least 3 weeks as I visited the store numerous times in that time and it was still there!!

Very unhappy with quality of Rump steak cooked perfect but is too chewy to eat. Not worth what we paid and ruined our meal. This is the second time we have had Rump like this will not be purchasing again. Steak is a treat should not have to spend hard earned money on this poor quality product.

The staff in this store are so rude. It's no wonder the majority of them have been replaced by self checkouts. Any time you use the checkouts you have to call for their attention as they all stand around talking. There are never any scanners to use as they are too lazy to take them back to the charging points. Shelves are never checked. You have items just dumped. The store is always dirty. Just recently been back to this store 24/05/2024 and it has got no better. Only 1 scanner available. Back to using the app. When selecting some items you had to take them to be weighed. I spoke to someone in-store who told me they could do nothing. They then stopped a colleague. I took this person to show the issue with the prices and he removed the label telling me they hadn't updated the price from that morning. I just checked this online and the price as advertised was correct it was the weighing machine which was incorrect. Charged me more than advertised. Whilst it was only pennies the difference if you were purchasing a lot of the items it would soon rack into pounds difference. Again carts left in the middle of the aisles blocking items. An elderly or person with low mobility would struggle to move these. Empty boxes littering the shelves. I pleaded with you to do better and it seems you haven't. Such a shame that your staff do not take pride in the stores appearance. Please do better in future.

Everything I needed under one roof. Lots to choose from. Helpful staff. Nice clean shop.

Shelves look bare, and it seems lots more people are doing home shopping as the staff are always going around with picking lists, and trolleys, which means less staff to operate the Tills, and I refuse to use the self help tills

Asda petrol station is a joke. You can never seem to get a receipt from the pump. As a business user this essential for accounting. Asking a member of staff is pointless unless you have all day to wait, they’re just not interested. Never use them again as I don’t have time to waste hanging around for “someone “. to amble over at snails pace. Rubbish service for busy business users.

Store manager needs to look at where her customer service went regarding disabled customers. Thank you to her wonderful security people for helping my mum. Do not put profit before your customers, without them you have nothing. Security people know how to help as do others in-store. I thank them from the bottom ofy heart ❤️
