The workers were very kind. There was 6 floors with many rooms to stay in. There was free coffee and drinks. There is a 24/7 active reception. You can come before your check in time to rest, check-in, etc. You can leave your bags and/or suitcases in a locked room if you were planning on coming back later to check-in. The rooms were very good. My room had 2 tvs (that you could connect your phone to), in the kitchen/living room and bedroom with multiple HDMI outputs, washer and dryer, shower, sink (and others things you'd except in a bathroom). The beds were extremely comfy, with a comfy headrest (if you wanted to watch the tv). Although I only stayed one night, I had an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend to everyone!

My family and I had a lovely time. The service of the staff was amazing, Liz was very attentive and friendly and the restaurant she recommended was lovely, we had amazing food at the Hanover Street Social. We had the pleasure to see Louise on our check out and we had a lovely departure as well the staff was very helpful. The facility was in very good condition, we had a good night sleep and the appliances were functional. The location is very central which makes it convenient to reach the most popular places in Liverpool. Overall we had a lovely stay and will be happy to come again and recommend to friends and family :)

I have stayed here several times. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean , spacious and well appointmented. The entry exit system is secure and easy to operate. Check in was very friendly and helpful although on one occasion was very slow due to having to provide very detailed information. I discussed this with the General Manager and we clarified the position and the issue was easily resolved. I am a very frequent traveller and this Hotel compares favourably with the best. I have no hesitation in recommending it for a pleasant and comfortable stay. kevin

Easy check in, super good location close to a lot of amenities. We only stayed for one night but it was quite a pleasant one. PROS: Room was super clean and inviting. Everything laid out as you'd need, plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper etc. Controllable heating and cooling which was nice. Good service and friendly staff. Free fast Wi-Fi and you could stream your phone to the TV for streaming services. CONS: One of the windows was screwed shut so we couldn't tilt it to let some air in but the other one did work thankfully. The blind where the window in the bed area was was a bit sheer so without any lights on you could see through it. Not a problem for us but in other rooms it might be.

The location was perfect, right in the city centre at the beginning of Bold Street. We were given a spacious two bedroom apartment with a nice view of the street. The staff, especially Elizabeth (Liz) at the reception, was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. She made us feel comfortable from the very first moment. They kindly stored our luggage for free when we arrived early, and even called us at 1 PM to let us check in earlier than the standard time. The apartment was clean, well organized, and the kitchen was fully equipped. At checkout, they also kept our luggage until 7 PM, which was very convenient.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Quest Liverpool City Centre. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was very clean and well stocked with essentials. It also felt safe (I liked the way you had to use your room card to enter from the street) and was very quiet even though we were facing the square. There are many tasty restaurants to eat at and upscale shopping within walking distance. It’s about an $11 cab/Uber to Anfield. We will most defiantly stay here again.

I stayed at the Quest for around 4 - 5 months with work, living away from home and working away was so daunting at the beginning. Quest made me feel right at home straight away and welcomed me with open arms, in the end all the staff felt like family, if I was ever downstairs in reception Nicky would always chat with me and gave me what felt like that motherly love, i miss our chats. Kelsey was like a sister, always interested in my day, would order me food give me advice on what to wear out and places to go as well as Nicky actually haha! Paris and Kerry always stopped for a chat they really cared how I was getting on. Liv was amazing, she would so kindly bring all my parcels to my room of an evening and even helped me pack up my apartment when I was leaving and watched my personal items whilst I packed my small BMW with 5 months worth of clothes and shoes haha! I cannot thank you all enough for treating me so well, you made being away from home so easy, you all went above and beyond in your own way to look after me, I was so sad to leave! For anyone who may be reading this I cannot recommend the Quest enough, I personally will never stay anywhere else in Liverpool now. I will never forget this place but more importantly the people and there huge hearts. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, miss you. p.s the rooms are immaculate!

Great hotel, smack bang in the middle of Liverpool City Center. Kelsey at reception was lovely and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The room is a really nice size with induction hob, fridge, microwave included in the room. Lovely big shower with either rainfall or head settings and perfect pressure. Bed was comfortable and big too! I was concerned about the noise based off other reviews I saw but that wasn't an issue at all, that being said we were on the back of the hotel so we wouldn't of had as much as if we were on the front facing the high street. Though if you stay in any hotel in the middle of a city center and then complain about the noise you clearly didn't do enough research. If I had to knit pick about was the TV placement. I don't have any pictures but the placement is bizarre to say the least. Not impossible to watch but it isn't exactly a comfortable viewing experience. Other than that I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely look to stay again!
