   I used Aaron and Partners for mediation with my (now ex) wife. It didn’t work. Perhaps an outsider would say this was down to us, not the mediator; I suppose we will never know. What I do know is that there was a £180 line on my invoice: "emails/messages with client/rearranging meeting (6)". When I looked into this, it turned out to be an email chain where we rescheduled our mediation meeting… because the mediator could no longer make the time we initially agreed. When I asked for this charge to be removed (after all, it was not our fault the mediator’s plans had changed), the response I got was: “I can do so, but given the additional time I have incurred in dealing with such matters I would re-instate the rest of the chargeable time that I chose to write off to reduce your invoice generally.” In other words, “Yes I’ll knock £180 off that part of the invoice, but I’ll just add the same amount, if not more, back on elsewhere.” DO NOT USE AARON AND PARTNERS UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY FOR SUPPOSED PROFESSIONALS TO BRAZENLY STEAL YOUR MONEY FROM YOU.

   Watching this firm charge the earth for absolutely dire service and advice,invoices with “work done so far” and zero itemisation is nothing short of infuriating: It’s all just very vague and ambiguous & being passed around from partner to partner and ending up with someone who really couldn’t give a monkeys - despicable. There are better firms out there without eye watering and frankly appalling charges and it wasn’t until my BP found another company who offered full transparency and only invoiced for work completed that we realised just how bad A&P really are!

   Terrible service for my divorce. Delays in replying up up to 6 months when questioning service. Divorce application was rejected by the courts due to poor wording. Also sent somebody else's divorce correspondence in error and was told just to delete. Eventually went with another solicitor after going through the Legal Ombudsman. All in all an appalling service during a difficult time.

   Paul Hennity and Natalie Howitt provided me with excellent advice related to a work matter. They advised me of next steps (i.e. how I should initially approach my employer about the matter) as well as the possible response from my employer and my options. By seeking advice upfront from Paul and Natalie, I was able to confidently approach my employer using the correct legal terms. Paul accurately predicted my employer's response, however once my employer had sought legal advice, the matter was then quickly resolved in my favour. As well as the excellent advice, Paul and Natalie were easy to talk with, taking the time to carefully explain the legal perspectives related to my issue. Thank-you.

   I had a a dispute with my employer about redundancy and as I had no idea about the legal side of this situation I asked advice from Paul. Paul was very professional and was straight to the point with the information and was very easy to understand. The response off Paul was fast and he was very helpful.
