   Very poor solicitors in terms of assistance provided. I would highly recommend saving up the very minimal amount extra to go with another firm. As the age old saying goes, buy cheap, buy twice Despite the main focus of their website being "We do not employ pushy sales staff or lawyers that are never available for you to speak to it proved practically impossible to talk to the solicitor representing the case. Numerous emails and calls were made over the course of weeks sometimes before they returned the call. They were however very pushy over the remaining fee before the case was even finished, despite being told that it was half before, half after, in writing No help was given for any funding you're eligible for, (legal aid), or even any living expenses. There is no representation when you go to your interviews. Very little advice was even given beforehand. You're left feeling almost alone throughout the whole process and paying for the privilege: As mentioned, I would advise to seek out other solicitors that will provide a lot more assistance Edit: after this review was posted originally, the solicitor Farhang got in touch, making the assumption this was regarding him and a case, despite names ever being mentioned previously. He was extremely unprofessional in this contact escalating the situation rather than attempting to deal with the issues and try to amicable resolve them Threats were received by the solicitor about the company ceasing to work on the case or if they continued, they will only provide a poor service as a result of the review unless it is removed, which he later followed through with, and questions as to why it was never brought up to the solicitor regarding the concerns, when in actual fact, they had been raised through the official complaints on their website. This had 1 follow up email requesting more details and then no communication again. The solicitor was extremely aggressive during these emails, always ending with the same threats to remove the review or risk losing their assistance. Communication seems to be the biggest problem with this company, despite them claiming otherwise, along with the unprofessional approach toward some concerns raised via negative feedback as a last resort. I was strong armed into removing the review, and the company also flagged the review for removal by Google, stating it against Google policies to leave a negative review, when in actual fact this practice alone is against Google policies of review soliciting/gating. Farhang also appeared to receive a lot of reviews in the following days, specifically naming him and how amazing his work is. These reviews are clearly fake as they came from profiles who had only just been set up and never left a review before or after those here. This is another reason to avoid using the company at all costs! EDIT IN RESPONSE OF YOUR COMMENT: you claim to have nobody called Farhang Faraj yet you have reviews praising him? Which is it? And I'm happy to post said emails of his threats if you wish. I paid you for your services which you didn't provide. You have just proven yourselves to be untruthful in your response alone with claiming nobody works there with that name
