There are things one cannot find in the internet, such as the reassurance of comfort. The guys at City Used Office Furniture in Warrington were excellent, they welcomed me into the store, had the patience to let me try dozens of chairs and a few raising desks to best suit the needs of my back and posture. They made a deal by simply shaking hands and exchanging cash. The delivery crew turned up at the agreed time of the agreed date, very respectful on their shoes protocols,. They showed utmost skill and care to dismantle the desk and make it fit in the ackward tiny access door, then assemble the kit again inside the basement and tested it to my satisfaction. I say this is good business with good human touch. Long be like that!
Stellar service start to finish at a surprisingly low price. I would recommend this to anyone looking for professional office furniture. My refurbished product gets an A+ on quality from me. There are minor scuffs on the leather but they are merely superficial. The pneumatic compoments are all in good order, everything is clean, and structurally intact. The agent who handled me, Matt, was friendly and accomodating. Responses were quick, detailed, and reasonable. When I had an issue it was resolved very rapidly and appropriately at no cost to myself. Some of the products are shockingly good value even when buying small numbers of them. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone based on my experience and if I should ever need more refurbished office furniture I know where I will call.
