Similar offering to the Range but would most probably put this shop above it as no quibble with returns, after a bad experience with the Range.
Very poor experience with a simple 1-product order for delivery. Required multiple conversations with their online chat team. Product had to be re-ordered & eventually arrived 8 days late. No accountability shown or compensation provided by Dunelm. Will find alternative retailers from now on.
Bought everything we needed for our Songs bedsit at college. Good range of quality , so everything from budget to luxury. Cafe on floor one so you can't take dogs in unless you carry them
Good for all kinds of household stuff. Cafe excellent cafe with good coffee and brilliant fully loaded egg, bacon, sausage and hash brown for £4. Nice loos, very clean
Went looking to buy a window blind and a mat. Took over 20mins to find the mat I wanted as they have them in 5 different locations in the store. Gave up with the blind. There was merchandise on the floor waiting to be put away or removed, the shop was very untidy and the shelves were overflowing to the floor causing a trip hazard. The store looked as if a group of 3 year olds had been allowed to run riot. I did mention the trip hazard to the person on the till and she explained that they were re-arranging the store.
Bought the exact curtains we wanted thanks to helpful staff. Reasonably priced too.
Can't remember the last time I went to a store that irritated me as much as this. There's a lot of good stuff in here at good prices but it feels really cluttered and at times cramped. Especially the upstairs part. It's hard to find stuff and equally as hard to find a member of staff. Maybe I just visited on the wrong day.
Reasonable prices for very pretty (but practical) homewares. The cafe has good coffee, the coronation chicken jacket potato was the best I have had in a long while. Afternoon tea/coffee scone, cream & jam for £3 was very good value. We bought several washable mats for kitchen & bathroom. A beautiful lamp with a huge price reduction. The canvas pictures are beautiful and economical. Staff helpful and friendly throughout the store.
