   Do not use this shop - especially as a dpd delivery/drop off I dropped a dpd parcel at this shop on Sunday - 4 days later, no sign of it, dpd didn't collect it, the shop wasn't aware of anything! - can't contact Argos and it seems (as per dpd) the parcel wasn't scanned properly in the system (clearly Argos staff didn't have a clue how to do it...) avoid. Update: after 7 days, I went there and retrieved my unsent parcel, and surprise!! - it was open! - they not only didn't bother to send it but they opened, too. The manager - unable to do a thing, "they don't know how to print labels"??! Wasn't bothered that his staff tried to open the parcel. This will be reported further.

   Multiple times I’ve had issues with this branch. Ordered an item Thursday for collection Friday on my Argos card. It was cancelled for no reason, have to wait upto 5 working days for a refund of nearly £500. So unable to purchase elsewhere yet and too late as it was a gift. Won’t order from this branch again

   Would rate 0 stars if was possible. Val the manager was insanely rude and disrespectful to both me and my partner, we are long term customers and buy near enough everything from argos but yourselves have lost more customers now. Absolutely awful

   If you want a case study of what a store would look like without management, this is it! Staff hanging about the tills giggling, no customer service, people hanging about on their phones. When you finally get what you ordered, don't be surprised if it's covered in black dust. Clearly no housekeeping has been done, and no concern about how the product is presented to the customer. The item I ordered, a watergun, was stuck together with cellotape, clearly not from the manufacturer. This company really needs to get it's act together.

   Clueless staff, who didn't seem to know anything about customer service. Mainly stood around looking aimlessly into space. Backlog of customers waiting, with no interaction from staff to explain what the delay was. Wasnt even busy, , god help anyone closer to christmas, may aswell take christmas dinner with you, as you'll probably miss your meal due to the wait. We only wanted a pet carrier, but sadly the pet died while waiting for it.

   I had to return a defective product purchased earlier this year. The member of staff who dealt with me was extremely helpful and she arranged for a replacement to be delivered to me the same day. The service was exceptional.
