It couldn’t have been easier to order from Empire Supplies. They kept me fully informed about the order before it left their warehouse. They used Palletways but their tracking was a bit thin on the ground. I could see the consignment had left their hub but that was it. I only got to know the driver was at our clubhouse once he’d arrived despite my checking every few minutes. Apart from that slight inconvenience I would definitely use this company again.
I usually don’t bother with reviews but this company deserves one. Firstly after placing my order I had an email with my order and receipt, the next day several emails and messages keeping me informed of my order. I took delivery the following day. Superb product and service from empire. First class service. Highly recommend this company. Well done empire.
Fast delivery but one of the metal bar is not attached to the grill. We couldn't check those details when was delivered today
Amazing company. I ordered a glass display cabinet, came next day with free delivery. We ordered a similar cabinet with another company, and it came smashed 2 times and no refund, so was hesitant to order, but this one came perfectly. Thank you so much. Will be ordering again in the future.
Don't use this Company. Shocking product, terrible service. Large commercial Stainless Steel sink delivered to house at 17.48 on Tuesday. Put straight into garage. opened on Sunday as plumber due Monday. Massive damage to both sink and shelf. Clearly done in transit. E mailed pics on Sunday. Instant response Monday. Should have opened up and checked within 24 hours. Not written on box but stated in the body of delivery advice email. Apart from damage, the product is very poor. Weld seams all over the place! If you want a decent product with a company that cares just a little, then avoid these charlatans like the plague!!
Ordered a new glass washer, exactly the same model and brand as we’ve had for the last 6 years. When the driver delivered to site, he refused to deliver it to the correct premises. When I opened the package I realised they have updated the appliance to 30amp, our old one was 13amp. Same model. This was a small error on our side, however when we rang to see if we could exchange (not replace) we were told we need to pay a 25% re stock price and the cost of courier total £400ish. This I feel is terrible customer services. Please beware. Will not be using these again.

I don't like to leave a bad review, but I have to let people know I bought commercial sink from them with a tap for £700, the tap that was sent was wrong, I returned it to their address which was on their website, I called several times to please refund the tap fee , but They just answer that we didn't receive the tap , I called them continuously for a month to no avail, £180 coat of tap was lost , and they didn’t respect for customer dont trust this company at all. People please DONT TRUST THEM
