   Kelly was a first class store assistant and it was clear she was well trained, and naturally using, customer care procedures throughout my purchases today. Kelly gave me a warm and friendly greeting and enquired what, if any, help she could provide. She swiftly suggested I be supplied with the right bed for my needs by using the equipment to assess the type of mattress that would be right for me. Kelly assisted. But did not pressure me into making my purchases. She was informative and made good suggestions. But respected my decisions. She was professional and supportive throughout!

   Went to our closest store at Edge Lane Liverpool for a new mattresses. We where met by Kelly who was so welcoming. I explained our needs as I have some health issues,straight away Kelly put me at ease. After finding out which mattress would suit us, Kelly pointed us in the right direction and made our purchase easy after trying out a few. Kelly is a credit to Dreams it was a lovely experience I will definitely be recommend people to come to Dreams and definitely see Kelly. Thanks again Deb Haughton

   Linda looked after us and helped us choose a really comfortable mattress without any pressure during our visit to the Edge Lane store in Liverpool. She offered us a drink during our visit and made sure my son had a pillow to test out various beds. She pointed out a range of suitable beds based on the lie down technology recommendations employed in store and then let him choose the one that best suited him. She offered insurance options, the bed to room delivery service and the option to take away the old mattress and let us decide which suited us. A very pleasant shopping experience on a rainy Sunday afternoon!

   The shop is big, well laid out, an excellent range of beds. Most of all the staff are some of the best staff I have meet. Knowledgeable, friendly really helped my son choose the right bed for him. Even making sure that the delivery instructions were correct sometimes living in a 2nd floor flat with no lift can be problematic

   Lovely staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. John helped us chose our new pillows in an efficient but friendly manner, he also didn't try to upsell any pillows, he instead focused on making sure we had the best fit for our body/sleeping style.    We can't rate the people in this store highly enough! The service we were provided with when purchasing a bed, tempur mattress and bed linens was outstanding. From the knowledge of the staff to the friendly efficient service. I must give a special mention to, Alecia, John and Debbie, and everyone we dealt with throughout - all were brilliant in determining our needs , even changing our order when we changed our mind and then changing date when we moved home! All the staff we dealt with, went above and beyond to help us and we now have our perfect bed and mattress. We have since been back twice to purchase more goods! Highly recommend this store.
