    What a great Experience in Scs Speke. We were looking for a Sofa Bed with fast delivery and were so happy we came to Speke. Lisa was absolutely fantastic and helped us choose the perfect Sofa bed for our needs.     Had a fantastic experience here with Lisa & Christie. Both of them were very friendly & not pushy at all. Lisa in particular helped us narrow down our choice of what we were looking for. She completely understood my need for certain fabrics & styles. She was so patient with us, even when I changed my mind on what I thought I wanted. She really listened to what we needed & she is honestly such a credit to the team. We ended up ordering 2 sofas & Lisa sorted us a great price on them both.     Today we visited just about every sofa store across the North West, including other SCS branches, and honestly felt like we were getting nowhere. On our way home, we decided to try one last stop SCS Speke and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly hello from Lisa who instantly made us feel welcome. There were no pushy sales tactics, no pressure just genuine kindness and a calm, helpful approach. Lisa took the time to show us a wide range of sofas and really listened to what we were looking for. In the end, we chose the Orton sofa with a matching stool and it was purely down to the relaxed and pleasant experience Lisa created. Completing the order with Liz was just as lovely, she was friendly, genuine, and made everything seamless. It’s rare these days to walk into a store and feel like you’re speaking to people who genuinely care rather than just trying to close a sale. Lisa and Liz have completely changed our perception of furniture shopping, and we’ve already recommended the Speke store to friends and family. A heartfelt thank you to Lisa and Liz, your service was immaculate and you truly made our day when we had almost given up.

    Stay away from SCS soon to change their name come 1st May 2025 to Poltronesofà. I have leather peeling from a sofa. They have blamed body oils there inspection engineers told me can't put arms on armrests. They tell you the sofas have luxurious foam cushions they have stuffed mine with hollowfibre and cut up foam further stuffing more in upon complaints totally changing the structural integrity of the sofas. They lie there way through complaints and they falsify reports and point blame at whatever sad excuse they can use to blame the customer.     Would give 0 stars if I could! If you’re thinking about buying something from scs I seriously wouldn’t bother they are quick to take your money but the aftercare is shocking. We have had problems since the first week of our items been delivered 2 years down the line still got the same problems. Firstly our couch was delivered and within a week all the frame broke on both couches, so someone came out to look at it and 6 months later they finally replaced it. Then all the stitching started coming away on the cushions so we had someone come out and they stitched it back up only for it to come away again. So again rang scs who said they would replace one cushion which would leave us with a different colour cushion to the rest so after a lot of persistence through calls to the aftercare team and visits to the shop they agreed to replace all cushions but the still only sent 4 instead of 8 so currently I have 2 couches that are different colours and this is now 9 months later and still waiting!!! Now onto the other product that we purchased which is a table and chairs that we paid extra for insurance and an extra 5 years warranty that now scs have sold on to Castelan who are not honouring the same policy we took out at the time. We just spoke to Sam on the aftercare team who had no idea what she was talking about and had a bad attitude about it, she would say one thing and then in the next breath deny saying it. It takes so much time and effort to get through to scs as they don’t care they just pass you from pillow to post and tell you they will do one thing but then do another. Honestly this experience has been draining for my husband and I, it is so stressful.

    Went in search of Carpets today with little expectation, SCS Speke Retail Park had a large variety but we were unsure what to go for, anyway, a lovely sales lady Christine helped us choose and gave us the best advice. She was very friendly, professional without being pushy, made the experience easy and we came away with the right Carpets for us.I would recommend this particular shop to everyone.

    Dreadful. Mis-sold a “plus, luxury, hardwearing” carpet here a few years back. Looked dreadful after a few months and was told it was normal. Has needed replacing ever since but SCS hid behind everything they could. NEVER buy from this company.

    Very Disappointed with SCS and how they have dealt with my order. They issued me with a delivery date but missed the delivery slot. In addition to this, they missed the second slot the following day. I have missed 2 days of work and all they can offer is the delivery cost of £69. I would recommend looking else where to prevent disappointment.

    Will never ever buy anything from here again!! We had so much trouble with a couch we ordered, 1st it was delivered broken, then we had to wait for somebody to come out to fix it, so they came out and fixed it but there was still something wrong with the actual frame inside and whenever it reclined it would flip forward, which was dangerous with our young child. We waited about 9 months before we eventually had it sorted out and had been offered discount because of the trouble we had with the whole order but the discount wasnt actually put on our notes!!! So now we are having to pay full amount even though we had nothing but issues and stress from day 1 and the couch is not worth the price we are paying either. So that is the last time we will ever buy anything from SCS. Terrible products and not much better customer service either.
