The trick with the gaffer tape to make the fat tubes fit was very helpful indeed. Thank you for saving my sanity.”

“Its got everything! Only thing I would say is avoid the extensions they don't have circuit protection. I stripped one down and looked inside and spoke to the fire service and they they're a fire hazard. This doesn't retract from the excellent products they have though :)”

“Great showroom, compact but can view all door and cupboard options and Kate helped us brilliantly with choices and design for our bedroom. Different storage options make very best use of the available space. Fitting went very smoothly and the guys made it look so easy but sure their skill provided all the finishing touches. “In terms of DIY you can get there every tool you need. On one condition. You must know what you want, as you can't just walk round the shop getting hands on things. It's not like B&Q but they have a lot bigger stock than other big DIY brands. Very friendly staff and prices are reasonable.”

In our opinion he has gone above and beyond. He has kept us informed and has been there to oversee every step of the process. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. “Truly amazing customer service, popped into the Bootle warehouse and was treated like Royalty, a special thank you to Paul my new friend for life, knowledgeable experienced and honest throughout the purchase. Nothing is to much trouble for these guys, the guy outside loading my car who worked in the FLT was superb a true gent who went out of his way to pack my car leave cardboard in the boot to stop any damage, I left feeling like I hadn’t received service that for two decades.
