Selco is decent however staff can be quite lazy and unhelpful about products or alternatives etc.
Bought most of my wooden work from them, wether it was doors, arfitrafe, skirting boards , etc. They even deliver.
No where to park.cant get tipped til after 10am..yard staff very helpful
Ulla helped me out and saved the day big time. She had to order a lot of special orders 6x6 post from there supplier and with speedy replies the order is all sorted and on its way . Thanks again Ulla outstanding service. 6 star review
Absolute jokers. Had the delivery driver damage my railings trying to throw 2 bags of post concrete over them. Bags split and set in the rain outside in inside of garden wall. The concrete also set on the wood delivered, plus damaged the bracket and plug connecting the railings to the wall. All caught on CCTV. Would of expected the delivery via a tail crane like when they deliver normally. I’ll be putting a claim in against the Liverpool branch. Never even received a phone call to say they were on their way. Property gates could of been opened remotely.
2 girls on the trade desk think they are doing you a favour by giving you a price. Had been using this branch a lot as it was more convenient but how they can justify quoting 40% more than another branch of the same company, same products I’ll never know. Avoid
Great store with great products and helpful staff. They also have a great cafe upstairs with a great selection on snacks and meals, even a big breakfast if you are in there early! Plenty of disabled parking, clean toilets and 4 electric car charging bays.
Molly was brilliant getting me the best deal she could, beating other distributors on price. Mark and liam were amazing and helped load everything on the van for us. Would highly recommend
