Good store with good products but they offer a lot of products that are out of stock, for example, I wanted to buy blinds and there was no white material, I had to wait 1 month for service, it's not NICE xx

Dunelm Switch Island, Tuesday 1pm. Afraid must have been after lunch lethargy. Staff all round checkout area but not many on ground floor. Looking for net curtaining, hidden away in corner with " paint" ? Looked on shelf myself for availability but poor choice and stock just " lashed" on .shelf.... not good experience. Worth driving further to Speke for better quality customer experience
Plenty of things to choose from at reasonable prices. Went to get curtains I saw some I liked but they didn't have size I was looking for. I went to look for staff in that department. Spoke to a member of staff who called a colleague to assist me. who was a very pleasant lady who helped me to order what I wanted. Very helpful. Her name was Marie. Thank you very much.
First time to call i to the store for a browse. Loved it. The staff I spoke to were all very helpful and polite. Picked up a few bargins and called into the coffe shop for a coffee with a slice of apple pie and cream. So enjoyable On my list to definitely call again.

This shop is huge, lovely bedding. From Dorma to cheaper varieties, a very comprehensive kitchenware department with lots of really nice crockery, stuff you don't see in department stores, and the towels? Lovely Egyptian cotton in glorious colours. Yes one of my favourite shops.
Woke up this morning with serious back pain and decided enough was enough and grabbed my phone and ordered a new mattress topper through click and collect and was able to pick it up an hour later. Got to the store and decided to also have something to eat in the instore café and it was delicious as always. I then went to the checkouts and showed my order number and the lady got my item straight away. Happy days
