1st time disappointed, i purchased a tub of " bare plaster paint"....when home had to wipe dust off lid but did not open. Decorator came whilst i was away on holiday and as he applied paint it was full of "bits" which had to be picked off and repainted. This must of sat on Screwfix shelf for quite some time. A costly experience

Went to the Litherland store today. I am having a very annoying time trying to find a paint roller sleeve with a small inner tube to fit my extention pole. The staff here were so very helpful. The trick with the gaffer tape to make the fat tubes fit was very helpful indeed. Thank you for saving my sanity.

We got the bulb we were looking for... Only 4 customers at the time in shop, so queue outside. Only 2 counters working. No dedicated car park in front of the building, so pretty confusing where to park. The customer assistant's attitude was stinks, she were not able to talk in a normal way. Almost shouted when we couldn't tell her the product's number, and when we showed her the old light she just throw away on the counter. She needs more people's and customer knowledge and and psychological training if she is the right person in a place where they should looking after customer's requests. We'd have some more questions regarding the product but didn't feel that she would really able to help. Hopefully she is facing with this review. Manner doesn't cost a penny, go back to school and educate yourself....
Great - Plenty of goods and brands to choose from. Quick friendly service. Plenty of parking space adjacent to their place of business. Easy access off main road into industrial complex.
Great branch, staff are excellent just a shame that they are let down by the customer services team on the phone line who are the most unhelpful ignorant and condescending bunch of useless individuals I have ever had the misfortune to have to speak to, as a result of their lack of flexibility or offer to support with an issue we have taken the business elsewhere. and will think twice before doing anymore with the outfit.
