Iβm very disappointed with my recent experience. My delivery was postponed without any communication, leaving me completely unaware of the delay. When I reached out for help, the customer service was poor and offered no clear explanation or solution. I expected better from a major retailer, and this experience has really let me down.

Iβd like to start by saying Grant deserves 5 stars however I cannot say the same for the company or other employees. Grant was extremely helpful and actually listened to help find a solution for me. The other team member who I did not get the name of (woman with dark hair) falsely claimed that the care and repair policy was 7 days then a replacement, also says this on the terms and conditions. This is far from the truth itβs more like 2 weeks of being messed about. They will only submit a write-off request on the 8th day (not ideal when you are a uni student with no laptop during exam seasons) then you must wait for head office to approve this then you get a voucher to buy a laptop which they then falsely advertise as being a flex with touchscreen and send the wrong laptop to you which has none of these features that was advertised on their website. Then they deny it and keep the advert up to mislead more people and offer you a measly Β£20 voucher for compensation (after 4 1 hour round trips to and from the shop that doesnβt even cover petrol money for all the hassle caused let alone a fraudulent advertisement). The call centre is awful and has no clue what they are doing.

Worst Day in my life ever!!! Really are you serious??? We called at your outlet to confirm whether they got iphone 17 pro max in store to purchase. And they said us to come and have a talk about how to purchase and phone was there in store they said. We drove 30 minutes and reached there to have a talk and purchase the i phone. We needed 2 i phone 17 pro max of 1 TB. We brought ready cash to get the phone. As it was our first time buying from Currys we came in and one of your very unprofessional worst staff in specs (male) wearing your uniform and green coat written "may I help you" something... We approached him and asked we came to purchase i phone would you please help us how to... He was stubborn and very harshly said ' it's out of stock so there we can't do anything ' we were like WHAT the hell he is angry at us. He said one sentence and was forcing us to go out.... He doesn't wanted us to stay there. Really!???????? Atleast he can nicely say us it is out of stock. We also wanted to know about some other gadgets tooo he didn't even hear us... He went and did some guestures to other employees saying we came for phone and made fun of us!!! Really?!!??? We were soo sooo badly hurted ! We asked for gaming chair and it was out of stock. Whatever we wanted it was out of stock. He was extremely racist person as he was professional towards British looking people , But he thought we are some different creatures and acting differently ?????. I am so sad so so so sad. This guy shouldn't be working there again. Very very bad mannerism. Don't judge a book by it's cover boy! WE CAME TO BUY WITH OUR OWN MONEY NOT TO BUY FOR FREEE !!!! DONT GO THIS PLACE.... THEY GOT NOTHING IN STOCK. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE!

Called in to pickup an order. Staff were great, Greeted by a staff member on the door asking if we needed help and he directed us to the Collections till. Lovely lady kept us informed and entertained while our items were brought from the warehouse. Very efficient.

Not good experience tried to buy a simple lap top that was on offer... but the young sales guy tried to pump the value up with offering all gadgets which we didn't want very disappointing bought exact same one at argos no hassle no fuss. Wouldn't step foot in curry's again very sales obsessed staff!

After waiting best part of an hour to be dealt with in the mobile phone department, he looked at the stock levels and told me there was one in stock. 20 minutes later he returned informing me he couldn't find it. Ordered it online, delivery free and in 3 days. With this kind of in-store service is it any wonder shopping in person is on the decline.

Absolutely shocking service. We went in to purchase a laptop and possibly an iPhone for my daughter. We asked a member if staff for help ( the store was not busy in the slightest.) The staff member said he would send someone over to us. He then went on the service desk that had no customers waiting and was talking to two other members of staff. Twenty minutes went by and we tried to get staff members attention but as we got close they vanished. I had had enough and we left. Bought the same products we where after at another store online with next day delivery and slighly cheaper. No excuse for ignorant poor customer service. Hence they never got our money.
