   I paid for extra accessories, mud guards and bottle holder. Paid extra for bike to be built. For my son. And a friend collected in his Van . But now I am going to have to try and get the bike back to the shop as they have not built correctly and none of the accessories I paid for are not on the bike. The staff are quick to sell you all the added extras, service plans and gel in the tyres and mud guards and water bottle holders, But not too good at reading the customer orders and full filling the order accurately.

   I got a bike for my Grandson . Bike is great value for money and the £10 it cost to build the bike is very reasonable. Helpful pleasant assistant. Not too pushy. He even carried the bike to the car and put it in the boot Would definitely recommend

   I had a great experience at Halfords Liverpool (Aintree). I came in needing a new car battery, and Rob was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. He explained the different options, recommended becoming a premium member to save money, and even helped me sign up so I could get a better deal on the spot. Rob also went the extra mile by checking my car lights and trying to fix one that wasn’t working. He was friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was sorted. The service was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

   One word scamfords. Do yourself a favour and go to a local trusted mechanics. Tried to take nearly £1000 off me. For work that didn't need doing.I had two other mechanic go over what they said needed doing, and it was all lies. They just wanted some easy money.

   Orderd a bike then 2 days later it said cancelled? Rang up got to the bottom of it and everything was fine, they never had it so had to cancel and re order. Otherwise would of been 5 stars

   I ordered a car battery at16.17 Halfords quote collect within the hour check my order saying collect FROM 17.17, it’s now 19.05 and still no update I’ve constantly checked the tracking page and it has not moved. Conveniently there is no phone number to contact Halfords other than their virtual page which is useless things are looking good with this technology very very poor customer service experience. After waiting until Saturday the next day from the original order I cancelled this battery as it was WAY to slow for a one hour collection, pathetic service from Halfords and a loss at a time companies can’t afford to loose customers

   Went for dash cam fitting. All seemed good until I got home, opened the glovebox for my house key and felt some resistance then a snap - yep the dash cam wiring snapped as it seems some bright spark wired it through the glovebox hinge!!
