Rang to book an appointment for an engineer to look at our dishwasher. They let me pick my own day. Engineer came out and sorted the problem very quickly. Would highly recommend
Visited for a washing machine part after a phone call to check it was in stock. They checked the part to make sure it was the right one and also that it was actually broken before replacing. Great service from start to finish, polite, helpful and knowledgable. Only down side was I forgot my purse and the card reader wasn’t working - worth calling ahead to check methods of payment instead of making two journeys like me.
Highly Recommend Merseyside Domestic Appliances. Bought a washing machine the other day and opted to choose a 3rd party to help set it up. During its first use the machine stopped working after a loud rattle. Having called Merseyside Domestic Appliances they arrived on the same day to help fix the problem. The person I hired to set up the machine had incorrectly done it!

I had a broken door and handle on my washing machine. MDA were able to order me a new one which was available for collection within 48 hours. My washing machine had five different variations and so, rather than just ordering me any one, they made sure it was the exact same as my original (the other would have fitted but the back glass was different shapes). This is a very professional, friendly and knowledgeable service. I would highly recommend!
