   Worse costume service I have ever experienced!!!! Just opened my itam and I must say it looks horrible the gold colour on it is really dark and ugly if that wasn't enough to itam is painted badly / damaged and it looks horrible. If not enough that the itam is not right the customer service that I have received from Zoe was the worse I ever had!! She was talking over me not wanting to listen all together awful experiences on my first ( and definitely last )purches from this shop . If you want something nice with nice customer service and lovely goods go to Rowen Homes where the customer service is helpful and nice to people.

   Amazing beautiful furniture the long puter edging dining room is glass edged with the puter aslo purched smaller unit to match very high standard would highly recommend this shop top shop units was although mirrored very heavy sturdy honestly my favourite shop my friends laugh as I love the shop staff so helpful great place top marks from me

   Unfortunately, as nice as the items on the website, the customer service is awful. The wrong item has been sent to me, I have tried to contact the company by email, also their online form, I’ve left multiple voicemails (only once has the phone been answered in days of trying to call), I finally spoke to someone who promised to call me back and have heard nothing. I’ve rang back and no one answers.

   What a beautiful shop to visit, not only to purchase items but to get ideas and view some stunning furniture. Be ready to spend some coin in there. The shop is very glam and you will be paying for that, but it doesnt take away from the collection of goods. Since visiting there, there are afew items i have found in the shop else where for a considerable amount cheaper, but these are easily sourced items. Its the items you have never come across before that catch your eye. Lots to see and admire here and worth a visit if you want to add some glamour to your home.
