“As usual Screwfix gets top marks, always very helpful. When I got home screwfix had sent their news letters out and there was something new that I required. When I checked my local store unfortunately the items were not in stock as yet. This time I ordered my goods around 8pm and they were availability for pick up after midday the next day. I picked them up at 10am the next morning. Excellent service as normal.”

Even though they are in a different place just round the corner from their old shop, Lavish Home Interiors is still an amazing place to shop for furniture and fabulous lighting. “Fantastic service from DAC. I stupidly didn't realise that a throw I had put in the wash was dry clean only, my washing machine was clogged up with fibres and wouldn't drain. I tried to clear it myself but it just wouldn't work, so I called DAC. The man (sorry I don't know his name) managed to unblock it for me, and only charged £20. However it still stopped working, he came out again...NO CHARGE. It has now gone through 2 test washes, thank you so much for your help! You have saved me so much money, I thought I was going to have to replace a machine that was less than a year old! Can't thank you enough. A+++”
