We ordered a chest of drawers and two bedside cabinets From Kitchen Images for our recent bedroom refit. Providing the details for the furniture and placing the order was straightforward and was completed by Elliot in the Ainsdale shop. There was also a wide range of handles to choose from to complete the furniture. A delivery date was agreed and communications in the interim were excellent. The items were duly delivered on the agreed date and the quality of the furniture was superb, beautifully made to a very high specification and quality. I wouldn't hesitate to order from Kitchen Images again.

Had a kitchen fitted in March 2019. My dream kitchen became my nightmare kitchen. There was so many faults it was unbelievable. the worst kitchen I have ever seen. An example of faults: Cabinet doors both wall and floor units, the gaps were not consistent wider at the top, narrower at the bottom. Cabinet side panel faulty, damaged and repaired with filler. Pelmet and cornice badly fitted. End panel for dishwasher not vertical. end filler strips faulty. Plinths around kitchen unfinished. I listed 27 faults. After the fitter returned to rectify the faults there was little improvement. Now November 2019. Most of the original faults have returned. One wall cupboard, the doors will not close. The sink tap is loose. water leaking through the worktop into base unit. Roger accused me of being a perfectionist and movement of doors etc. is to be expected. I just expected a good job to be done. especially as the cost of the kitchen was almost twice the cost of other quotes. I have fitted lots of kitchens during my working life and was proud of every one fitted. I am now in my eighties and could still do a better job. Advise to potential customers. Beware the listed reviews. I discovered that two of the reviews were by friends/relatives of the business. Finally. before committing to any installation, insist on holding back a percentage of the cost until the installation is completed to your satisfaction or go elsewhere. Since my original review the business owner has added several comments which I feel require a response, The main issue here is that the original fitting of the kitchen was a a disaster as a result of poor workmanship. Even after the fitter returned to put right the faults many of the repairs were inadequate. Due to the inconvenience and stress caused I couldn't bear the thought of workmen returning yet again. Visiting friends who could see my distress persuaded me to pursue my complaints. Mr Dunne has never accepted responsibility for, or apologised for any of the faults or poor workmanship. As I can see from his replies. He is trying to place the blame for his poor fitting on the customer. For example, several times I complained about the Hob Extractor Unit. He insisted there was nothing wrong with it. Yet when the latest repairs were being carried out a new Extractor Unit Mysteriously appeared. I have never removed any hinges from any units. I have not tried to fix problems myself. The photographs shown are genuine. Two were taken in November 2019. Four were taken immediately after the original fitting to show the standard of workmanship. I feel disappointed and saddened that Mr Dunne is at this late stage his response in trying to place his employees poor workmanship upon my shoulders. Finally I would like to express my sincere thanks to Eric the fitter brought out of retirement to spend almost two days to rectify an awful job.
