   Unfortunately I found the counter staff to be unhelpful and slightly patronising. I went in to ask about cooker extractor fans and in particular 'down draght' ones. I was told he had "never heard of them" and looked at me as if I was stupid, ( I have had 2 in my kitchen for 30 years, admittedly they are high grade makes so maybe he hadn't heard of them) I went to show him my floor plans to explain and he said" it's no good showing me that " and turned to walk away, which I found very rude, hence I left the shop. I have now found them elsewhere with a very helpful member of their staff.

   Jane and I had an appointment with Sue to decide on an entire new kitchen and equipment. Sue was pleasant and friendly and guided us through our decision making in a professional and business like way. Sue was very knowledgeable and had all the information at her fingertips and examples on hand to make it easy for us to make our decisions .Should have full costs in a couple of days.
