Following a change in dynamic pricing for an item that was left in my shopping basket Smiths kindly agreed the original price that I had added the item to my basket, which I could not immediately pay for due to unexpected personal curcumstances. Communications have been good and I would prefer to give small business my custom wherever possible.
No one answers the phone, you can ring all days and times and no one answers, the website is the same, looks good but no service with a real person, getting a refund is stressful I am in the middle of asking and waiting response and that is via email as no one answers the phone, maybe going to the store be better but these stores are not near where I live.

Have bought a number of items from Smith's over the last 18 months and can only describe their customer service as spot on. They will match Comet price but the difference is a personalised service. Any issues they come round and sort them. Support your local shops and buy fro Smith's.
New what I wanted so didn't need much advice from staff. When speaking to him he didn't give the impression he wanted the sale, not offering much information. Good for delivery. Delivery person was excellent, giving advice on handling and set up of the OLED TV. I feel this should have been given in the shop.

Ordered a TV and selected a delivery date at checkout, no mention that the order was delayed. Went past the delivery date so called up and was told that they couldn't fulfil the order so cancelled, called up and emailed multiple times to order the newer version of the same TV with no call back or reply to email, the deal has now gone as they took too long. I'll now be ordering the TV from a different place out of principle.
