Older female, glasses, hair tied back behind counter has a rude attitude and should learn how to give good, friendly customer service. She is lucky I couldn't get through the complaints line because I do not tolerate myself or my family, friends being spoken to in an abrupt and discourteous manner. Sort yourself out love!!!!!!!!
It was pouring with rain as we approached and although there was no queue the entrance was blocked and staffed by a young man who shouted that only click and collect orders were being serviced. We sat in the car and placed a pre-paid order and returned to the entrance. Upon giving our order number he immediately retrieved our goods which was already labelled for me. Incredibly fast. Shame he wasn't a bit more friendly. Good parking and good price.
