   After not receiving all three of my frozen shopping items on delivery which I payed same day delivery specifically for those items., Going back and forth on emails in which they then only refunded me for 2 items so I had to go through the email process again explaining my frustration and short refund in which they just put the refund through on the 3rd item. No good will gesture offered or anything. I've been doing an iceland order online for years now but I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on

   Visited today and had a look around the store, went over to the liqueur part and seen the cabinet which was locked it had herbal schnapps and got the woman to unlock it. I then purchased a small bottle for £8:25 and my sister did too.

   Your staff seriously need to wake up and stop being lazy. I suffer with bad anxiety so I order mostly online. On several occasions now items that are always in your store have been marked down saying shopper can’t find item.. and it’s becoming ridiculous now. I also get soft items like bread and pizza squashed underneath heavy items and it makes me feel sick to my stomach that your staff are doing this to their customers.

   Today, I was a bit in a turmoil as I needed to take 5 items off after it was scan at the register due to unforseen circumstances and it was beginning to get busy, which apologies were given by me for holding up the line. The cashier (unlike the customers behind) was very kind, understanding, and patient. He ensured it wasn't a problem and got the right help when needed to get the job done and remained focused. Would like to say thank you to the cashier and well done for whoever hired him. We need more patient people like him. Other than that, this Iceland has very friendly staff, they are great communicators, great selection and quality of foods that are stocked neatly, and visible pricing on all products.

   Nice clean store, lots of great produce frozen an fresh (check dates) an lots of deals on with multibuys. There is free parking outside. Disabled parking also with disabled flat access to the store.

   Staff at this store are amazing, thought i'd dropped my bank card in the store this morning, security guard checked the freezer, lady off the till looked round the store, they asked for the colour of card and name on it to keep an eye out for anyone trying to use it dishonestly, security guard took my number to let me know if it was handed in, all turned out well as I had left it in the car, staff couldn't have been more helpful

   This is quite a large Iceland store with plenty of variety and choice. Not only is there a great range of frozen food but also fresh produce of a good quality. All goods are always reasonably priced. The staff are always very helpful. There us ample parking at the front and side of this store.
