    Came in to store last week as we had a problem with a garden furniture set we bought in Sept/Oct 2023, staff were very friendly when dealing with our problem, we ended up speaking with Claire who explained fully what she was going to try and do to get a replacement part for us, very impressed as a few days later Claire called us to confirm she had managed to find the part and it was ready to collect.     Amazing shop, with highly professional staff. Shopped here a few times the dealt with the manager on many occasions who is a legend in his own right, he's not from round here, but he's finding his way. The young girl with glasses proper makes me howl babe. And the deputy manager is extremely professional and certainly knowledgeable in her role, good looking too. Peace and love to all
