Ive dealt with the owner and all of the staff over the years and when visitiing the 2 stores there knowledge of the stock makes things so much easier.”

“I went to couple of woodyards to see how much the wood I needed was and found the staff here to be friendly and the wood was a better price and seems slightly better than other wood yard I visited. They also had a tiny wild bird who hangs out in their yard called Stumpy which is tame enough to get within touching distance which made my day.”

Nice internal doors too. Delivered here Thursday 1st July. Only place in my memory where one of the office / managers came onto the yard and actually helped by jumping on the forks. “Since the new owners took over they bow have fresh homemade samosas in the fridge by the door. Lamb or chicken for £1 and they are amazing very nice. Reminds me of my corner shop in liverpool multans which I used to go in every day for homemade samosas. They also sell pretty much anything else you want really. Staff are always pleasant”

“Hi, I came in yesterday to the Birkenhead store on Grange Road, to get one of them birthday cakes which you put your own photograph on. To say I struggled to do it was an understatement. I asked a young lad in the bakery if he could help me at all. He didn't hesitate to come and show me how it was done. I would have been lost without him. “I have been using this chemist since it opened, the staff are always polite and friendly, Trying to do there very best. Mark were an asset to the place but unfortunately has now left. This team work so hard and yes I have face bothers regarding low stock medication but to me that is no excuse for some customers to be so dame rude, they are doing the very best in a busy pharmacy. Medications are now stored in hubs, which has slowed the process down in all pharmacy's. But that is not the staff fault, they do there upmost best.”

“I have a 2015 Transit Tourneo connect with reversing sensors. I was concerned that the tow hitch would be detected by the reversing sensors rendering them useless whilst driving me mad with the beeping. The other installers I contacted said that I would need the removable hitch and the add about £100 to the cost of the install. When I spoke to Andy, he advised me that a fixed tow ball that he fits does not interfere with the reversing sensors but gave me to option to go with the removable hitch and there was no hard upsell. Andy arrived around 12:00 and was done by 3pm. Nice, neat installation and apart from a sparkling new towbar sticking out you would not have known he had been there.”
