   Just a big thank you to your delivery driver Matthew, came this morning, super chilled, to our very narrow road and deliver 5 ton bags of gear. I was expecting for the stuff to be left on the road but he suggested to lift it over the gate arch and put it on the drive to make it easier for us, what a star! We have being putting off doing work in the garden due the street being so awkward but thanks to Matt we are now a B&F customer for our own property but also for my Handyman business. Top service and the most competitive prices. Thank you all.

   First time I have used this company and am so impressed. Spoke to a lovely chap on the phone(Dave) he took my order and it arrived at 8.20 am this morning. Delivery driver was great placed my order exactly where I wanted it (2bags of stones) so has saved my son a great deal of time and energy.    I went to couple of woodyards to see how much the wood I needed was and found the staff here to be friendly and the wood was a better price and seems slightly better than other wood yard I visited. They also had a tiny wild bird who hangs out in their yard called Stumpy which is tame enough to get within touching distance which made my day.

   Excellent service to the public and trade. I needed an odd size door casing kit and although the Birkenhead branch didn't have them in stock they checked around and found one in another branch. Staff went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed even though the sale was only £18. Will be using again in the near future.
