Ive dealt with the owner and all of the staff over the years and when visitiing the 2 stores there knowledge of the stock makes things so much easier.”

I asked a young lad in the bakery if he could help me at all. He didn't hesitate to come and show me how it was done. I would have been lost without him. “Very clean tidy and variety of products. Meats are not cut with automatic saws in the butcher section. You get a meat without bone splinters. As the butcher is his father's profession, he knows his job very well. We only bought a slice of cake in the patisserie section. Would you believe, both fresh and creamy sugar is exactly what we wanted. They said it was the product of Pelit patisserie. I think it's fine.”
