“Hi, I came in yesterday to the Birkenhead store on Grange Road, to get one of them birthday cakes which you put your own photograph on. To say I struggled to do it was an understatement. I asked a young lad in the bakery if he could help me at all. He didn't hesitate to come and show me how it was done. I would have been lost without him. He was kind, patient, and nothing was too much trouble. I asked him his name, and he said it was Kieran. I'd just like to thank him so much for his help and to say he is an asset to your store x. “Popped into Lidl this morning. Unfortunately for me, an old man with an enormous trolley load was infront of me at the only till open (at 8:15am). A member of staff took the initiative and just opened a lane, without having to be asked. She was cheery and pleasant and a credit to the store. Despite her having to re-boot the till I was still away before the old man had finished unloading his trolley. Thank you for some forethought and using your initiative.”
