Customer service is utterly appalling here and hasn’t changed in years. One well known particular staff member seems incapable of saying please and thankyou and barely acknowledges that you’re there. I’m not stepping foot in here again, I’ve had enough.

Well stocked, busy little place with friendly staff

I'm a regular is this store its always well stocked unless you go at or after the school dinner hour when the sandwich rack has massively depleted, other than this always have what I want, staff are very pleasant and helpful, the young girls on the till always have a smile on, good shopping experience. Only thing no sanitizer on way in although most people wear masks in here

It's.. Kinda quirky? The usual product range is impressive (from Kefir to vegan cereals, good muesli and coffees) For a 10000m2 sized shop they use the space well.

I didn't want to have to do this, but the attitude of three or four staff in this shop is absolutely disgusting, and considering it's my local shop, it's quite disheartening. The worst is the lady who another reviewer mentioned, she snarls at customers regularly, and will only help you if she "likes you". The second member of staff, is a male with glasses. I've heard him talking about customers, including me, in a derogatory way, one of my friends is witness to this. It seems they have some policy of making fun of customers, in my opinion there's no discipline at all because you wouldn't have staff slagging off customers to the point we can hear them, I've been in retail and you wouldn't last long in other establishments. The last incident was as recent as last night, I came into the shop late, simply said bye to the staff on at the time (the guy with the glasses) and he just flat out laughed in my face, bunch of cowards who can't say things to people's faces. Most of the staff in the shop are fine and really nice, they will help you and not slag you off, but there's a bad few, who seem to bounce of each other when together.

They have what you need apart from customer service! While in the shop I could see and hear that the two employees where staring and laughing at customers as they were in the shop, making jokes out of your customers is not good at all. Bad people, making jokes out of good people.
