   This store is getting beyond a joke. Although the signs are up saying there are delivery times, you go to pay and are told no delivery available. The attitude of the staff is horrific, been told I should of asked about delivery before starting my shop. As a result of lack of deliveries had to constantly use extra money to get taxi home. On the occasions when not had taxi fare, had to leave shopping, and staff then complain to me that they have to put it back. Customer service line is a joke aswell. Called to complain about the ongoing issues at this store and was told they'd then get get back in touch with me. When I asked how long was told no idea could be a week. The agent then said he didn't deal with cplaints, only logged them and these then went to the complaints team. I then asked to speak directly to the complaints team, and the agent refused to put me through.

   No problem with there food at all but the deivery service is shocking i go into the store everyweek and buy my food but there is never any deiverys which then i have to take it home with the rest of the shopping i done tht day struggling ... And another thing some of the staff attitude is poor and feeling like you are being followed

   Shop is layed out great, staff are lovely only marked down due to the prices, I purchased the pepperoni pizza from here and another outlet for much less and the fussy child could not tell the difference even though he is adamant he will only eat the island one's, he ate more of the other shop one

   I love Iceland foods and it's NO PALM OIL status. GOOD ON YOU ICELAND SHOPS, but my only qualm with the shop is everytime they have something that's flying out the doors (and no not the bagheads stealing stuff) ie frozen pork shoulders, they discontinue it, its a strange way of doing things.    Me and my partner visited Birkenhead Iceland after not visiting for a while, since our previous visit was disappointing at best. Walking around the store, we asked a staff member for help, who was very unenthusiastic and seemed very nervous. Afterwards, when paying at the tills, we asked for delivery which was not put through, neither were our rewards points. After being made to wait a considerable time, we were then told that there was no delivery slots, even though there were slots advertised on the wall still, which we had checked before commencing with our shop. We were left to send our shopping home in a taxi, were luckily we had somebody waiting to receive the shopping at the other end, as we still had plenty of things to do in Birkenhead. Absolutely disappointing Iceland.
