“Mak attended at my home address to view my TV which began displaying faults. Mak was excellent, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable about my product. He showed the faults and explained there may be an issue sourcing a part as these are no longer manufactured. He informed me that he would attempt all means in which to source the part keeping me informed every step of the way. Great service provider and would highly recommend this company for others who are experiencing TV faults”

He explained he would pick up it that afternoon and repair it and bring it back next day!! Service is excellent and would highly recommend. Loads of features on both units, making this car known as the bad apple, being even more treasured by myself, and now able to provide loads more in car entertainment. “I contacted Grange about a broken oven, from coming out to check it, buying and fitting a new one and taking the old away, they were so good. I am always dubious of tradesmen at my house because I’ve had many bad experiences and my flat being upstairs and a tiny galley kitchen, many are really negative and rude, but the higuys at Grange were so helpful, they helped each other to navigate the stairs and were calm, polite and professional throughout and I felt really comfortable with them here, and I’m pleased with my new oven which was a very reasonable price for the whole service. Thanks so much guys, you will be my first port of call the next time something breaks!”

“Usually my first port of call. Has everything from home to garden. There are shops about where you can buy DIY items, tools etc cheaper but then you've heard of the quote "buy cheap, buy twice". Items here are quality, durable and so far... unbreakable. If the product you want isn't in stock they will order it for the following day plus the late closing means you can call after work and not wait until the weekend. The staff are really helpful too.”

“I've never had anything repaired, but everytime I've been in to buy something small and obscure, the owner has always had it in, and a few times has just given me it because he had loads. A nice little independent shop that has been around for years. He obviously deals with a lot of "interesting" characters in Birkenhead, so can understand some of the reviews saying he is rude - I never experienced this, but I would probably be the same after 20 years.”
