Panasonic plasma tv lost power. Searched the web for cause and remedy and contacted numerous tv/electronic repairers. Ready to give up when Phil returned my call with a ray of hope that the tv could be fixed if the parts were available. Just want to record my sincere thanks to Phil for suggesting, over the telephone, that I might cure my Arcam CD player laser problem using a Disc Lens Cleaner CD. It worked for a total cost of £6. Many thanks for the very helpful advice. I will know where to go for any future electronic problems!
Absolutely top draw service!! 5 STAR!!! Called up for a quote as our LG TV picture had gone a tinge of blue. He explained he would pick up it that afternoon and repair it and bring it back next day!!
