    The staff are very kind and helpful when asking for something in a locked place or just asking questions, this shop only sells second hand technology and some do need to be cleaned as they don't refurbish them, but most of the time it is very clean except for the older stuff. The prices are very good as I bought an old Xbox 360 controller not too long ago for around £10 - £15. But, they do not buy your older electronics for much as I was going to give them a good quality PS2, they offered to pay £20 for it.

    Just wanted to give a shout out to a member of staff called Alex. She was helping an elderly lady pick some dvd’s today while I was in store. She was so patient, polite, friendly and helpful. Wish there were more people like you around Alex! Was so lovely to see!

Every member of staff was friendly, helpful, and genuinely eager to assist. They even offered to help me carry the monitor to my car—such a thoughtful touch!     I went in store (birkenhead) on behalf of my mum who has always had old phones and hers broke , needing a new cheap basic phone as usual. Her worry was having the large pay as you go SIM card as wanting to keep her old number still aswell as just something within her budget. The lad who I talked to was so helpful and went out his way to look for something that may suit and he found a Samsung phone that was just perfect for the likes of my mum and got to keep her number. She was made up and for her it’s a fancy phone for £42 absolute bargain. He could of just said no we don’t have any but actually looked for me and even attempted to charge it to show me but I had to go so took the risk of charging it at home and all good. I appreciate his help and I’ll definitely be back to sell or buy next time. #10/10 customer service
