“Purchased an oak beam and made to measure shelves stained to match. Ordered shelves when we collect the oak beam and they were made within a week. All caje with fittings and advice given on how to install. Fantastic friendly service, beautiful work we are so pleased. Also we made incorrect payment and the proprietor contacted us and refunded overpayment instantly. Very honest, will definitely recommend. Will post pictures when installed.”

Afternoon tea/coffee scone, cream & jam for £3 was very good value. We bought several washable mats for kitchen & bathroom. A beautiful lamp with a huge price reduction. The canvas pictures are beautiful and economical. Staff helpful and friendly throughout the store.”

“Called into the Upton store fore a firepit that was in the sale as online said had 2 in stock. could not see them. asked a member of staff to check but could not find them. He took my number and said he would have a good look and ask other members of staff too. He called me later on in the afternoon to say they where not there. disapointed not to get one but lovely customer service, cheers Paul, Top Man.”

“Went in looking for a double bed, lady in shop Zara was so helpful and welcoming, discussed what i wanted and found the perfect bed for me. Double bed with a cool gel mattress, super thick and so comfy. It was delivered yesterday and guys where great. The bed is superb and last night's sleep was the best I've had in years. Thanks Zara for all your help. I'll be recommending you and I'll be back. Some stunning items in this shop.”

“Had to order doors here urgently as my builder sprung it upon me that I needed doors ready for fitting in 5 days! Jamie at the Bromborough trade store was very helpful and was able to tell me what was available sooner. He also had my best interests at heart when guiding with price vs style. Also I’d like to add that I had to ring the store multiple times and they always answered promptly. I unfortunately then ordered the wrong door (I had ordered 2 styles) and needed to alter my order when I realised the next day and Jamie took it all in his stride. Would highly recommend!”
